Everything at Dear Everyone is a digital product — no physical item is shipped. Your download link arrives by email the moment your payment clears. It lasts 72 hours, and we will always re-send it.

If something is wrong

If a file is broken, a link fails, or the wrong suite arrives, we will fix it or refund it — write to us at mjojoworldaiops@gmail.com and a person will answer. If a suite simply is not right for your moment, tell us within 14 days and we will make it right.

Your family's details

We keep only what a purchase needs: your email, the suite you bought, and when. Download links are signed and personal. We never sell your information, and your family's names, dates, and photos live in your files — never on our pages.

Each suite is for your family's personal use — edit every word, print what you need, send it to everyone who should know.
